This is a great tool for
tracking your Activities: Select the "Notify Me"
Icon, check all of the Activities you're interested
in getting updates on (2 pages), then next to each
Activity you can select what type of reminder you
want and you also have the option to get
notifications of changes, fill out you information;
name, password, e-mail, cell (for text messages),
and you're done.
